Default Help please with stripped screws

Hi guys
Can anyone help me please. I have a TRF 415 MS and I have replaced the chassis underneath screws with alloy ones the problem is I tried to take some out and i stripped the Allen key pattern and can not change my chassis now which was cracked. Can anyone please help me with this problem. There are only 3 screws left to take out.
Best wishes
And thank you
Addam

Usuallly when the hex strips out or the screw breaks off, I take a dremel and slot the end of the screw. Then you just need a screwdriver to unscrew the part.

check out screw extractors they work great and nine times out of 10 you get the skrew out with out damageing the bulk head, is u can try turning the alloy part anti clockwise when looking in the direction of the screw ie looking at the head that might loosen it of just enough.
hope this all works

If your chassis is unusable anyway, I would go for the dremel method, use a cutting disk, and be very careful not to cut the chassis.

It may be locktited in so if the screw doesn’t go into plastic or anything that melts then apply a hot soldering ion to it to part the locktite then it may come out easier.

What I normally do is get a fibro nail (which is hi-tensile) and grind it square on the end just a little bit bigger than the stripped hole, bend it into a L shape and hit it in with a hammer slow screw it out that’s after you have done what I said above. if done properly “trade secret” it works!!

the screw extractor is the best way to go. keep that always on your tool box. its just cost like 24$ and its awsome. its a savior.
