I agree this is an awesome track, but you are missing the whole point! They collected money on ROAR's behalf to provide trophys and ran off with the money. The tracks that are awarded the Nationals know what is expected of them. There was another quote from somebody else who said, "we are just hearing about this now?"...YES!! They gave them what..9 MONTHS!!
You can't have an organization the size of ROAR wandering around aimlessly, ROAR had to take action and DID, but also gave Kissimmee yet another chance to redeem itself!!
I support ROAR 100%

Well have to run I am going to the Duomo here in Florence Italy..
Dude, be careful....one of the conditions for lifting the suspensions is NOT discussing the issue in a public forum!!

State level and regular level. Florida just plain needs more "OPEN" tracks. Theres really no where to go for on-road. Thats for sure and yes one big long skinny state, creates lots of driving time. We need more tracks up and down the coast.

Look on the ROAR website. It explains what happened and the fines. ROAR does not want the fined parties "venting" and bashing ROAR on a public forum. They are our governing body and lashing out at them, (ROAR) when they, (Kissimmee) got their hand slapped would lead to more fines.

I was just informed that it was a 30 day guarantee to deliver
the trophies owed to the participants / 1st, 2nd & 3rd for
all mains that was signed when it was known that there
were only A-Main Trophies. In this case since they ran
Qual points / best 2, it would be 3rd, 4th & 5th in each
Final.

I too had a blast at this track! It was a GREAT FACILITY to
run the NATS at! They did a Great Job running it as well.
But what can you do? I know if I sign a written promise,
I'm held accountable for my actions!
Just part of keeping your word.

WOW very Harsh for us in Florida more of a warning should of been in place
Both facilitators @ Kissimee Track are very standup guys
I just relocated to florida & had 2 races there & both of them were very courteous & helpful when they saw a new face.
ROAR OR NO ROAR I WILL RACE THERE ANY TIME

i have to agree with you on that!!! i heard someone at the nationals broke their controller over another racers head on the drivers stand, and no suspension at all!!! wtf, i dont care what happens on the track, there is no need for physical assault. i have had words on the stand myself at times, due to frustration, but i never have thought about fighting over it.

It is interesting that the person doing the choking was the "unwilling participant".

The issue at the nationals has been dealt with and is over. Leave it alone.
