Default What's up with TEAMBROOD?

I placed an order with TeamBrood a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything from them. Haven't received my order or a response to any of my messages either. Anybody know what's going on?

maybe all of the big races that are going on? but don't fret they are great guys... even when the time was coming to a pinch they were able to send my stuff to the track along with one of their racers and taught me a few things.

WOO HOO TEAM BROOD!

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping to get the motors before this weekends series race, but someone just sent me a link to a post from Peter. Looks like he's a little behind

Peter will take care of you, don't worry. Brood is a first rate operation.

Does Team Brood alert customers when they will be gone for races because being a supply and demand economy, when people pay for a product they tend to want it right there and now, please this not a flame I'm looking forward to picking up a few things myself

Yes, alot of times they will post something in their thread that says something like all orders placed after a certian point in time will be attended to when they get back.

yep, there is usually something on the main page of the website on on our threads stating that orders submitted after a certain date will not be completed untill after we return from the race.
