Do you need to run the metal sleeves when using the aluminum outdrives?

Thanks Jimmy. Any idea on when you will have more stock of the US Spec outdrive cups for the HB cyclone?

And do you ship to Australia from your USA store?

Thanks,

Leonard.

SERVICE NEEDED

I ordered at may, 17th items with TiR wich were at that time in stock.

My money is gone and no reaction at all.

Has anybody any idea what's happening overthere?

I'm considering legal actions. A relative of my and living overthere (a lawyer) will help me for sure.

At least I want my money back even if that is costing me more than the amount they have from me!

It's only a 1 day travel for me, and I love internet. Already got a lot of details about them and Paul White.....

Are those setscrews mentioned on your site also made off titaninium?
When are the torx coming out?
What about some longer models 30mm and 35mm and larger ones like M4.

I am awaiting a set of RDX Worlds CVD's for over 2 months now. No response to e-mails and my CC has been charged.

Wonder what is going on................

Thursday I spoke to somebody who said that my shipment was sent and that he would mail me my tracking number.
No Trackingnumber No Shipment.

I'm going to get my money back from the CC-company NOW.

I have bought 8 Worlds CVDs for my Pro4 a week ago. I have paid nearly 300USD for them.

First of all, they are really lighter but that is all. I have 5 useless CVDs now..

- One of the CVDs' hole for pin is so thin that it is imposiible to monut pin there.
- For the other CVD, hole is at the wrong position, and after mounting it into the knuckle the hole stays inside of the knuckle.
- Rest of CVDs (3 pieces) have the same problem, ther are wider than the inner side of the ball bearing so I can't mount bearings on it.

I have mailed this issue to you yesterday, but seen this topic today.

What can I do, or you can do to fix this problem?

I PM paul yesterday but since he is no longer there I will post this for everyone to see because I am ticked off. I ordered some CVD from them back in APRIL

To this date I have not received them. I have sent Darren at least 20 emails and here is the last one that I got from him:

HI Richard

The postal service is looking into this matter at the moment. I will get back to you later on today.

I am sincerely apologetic for the problem you are experiencing. I am as frustrated as you.

Kind regards

Darren

this was my email to him that he responded to
From: Richard Burnside [mailto:[email protected]]

Subject: order #1581

I know that you are not the person to email about this order but I have tried to cantact Darren since the last email he sent to me on Monday but with no luck, maybe he is out of the office. I made an order on the 9th of the month and accroding to the tracking email that Darren sent to me that it arrived onthe 12th in the US . I to this date have not received it and I cannot race without this product. Darren was kind enough to email me on Monday and said that he will contact royal mail to see where thpackage is but I have to this date have not heard from him.

I work cusotmer service and I know that he is very busy. I just want someone at titanium racing to email me back and let me know when I will get my order because I have missed 2 races becasue of the CVD's that I am suppose to get. there is another race tomorrow that I know that I will miss as well.

As i told Darren, I am not angry at him but I am angry at the fact that no one getting back in touch with me when you have charged my credit card but I don't have my order.

All i want is for someone to let me know when I will receive my order. that is not a tough request so I am hoping that I hear back from someone today. Thank you and I hope to hear from you as soon as possible.

Ahhh...imagining that irresistible "new car" smell?
Check out new cars at Yahoo! Autos.

I still have not heard anything from them!!!!!

I am not the type of person that will bash a company or any one person but I do have to say that I wil never order something from them again. They took the money off of my credit card and I don't have my products and no one will respond to me (a better way of saying screw you).

so all I can say is be careful because some of the things that they do isn't right. Anyone else that has had good dealings with them then please continue to order from them. When I first saw this thread I thought that I was the ony one that got screwed but after reading for a while, I am not the only one. I have finally given up on it because $50 isn't goign to break me but to order something and not get it and then to not even get a email as a courtesy to me, is a slap in the face.

Yeah, they screwed me over too. I talked about it in this thread:

http://rctech.net/forum/showthread.php?t=55511

I've been shopping online for 9 years and the only charge I've ever had to dispute with my credit card company was from TiR. Congratulations TiR. Even porn sites are more ethical than your company!

Thumbs down TIR Problems!!!

I too have suffered the consequences of ordering from TIR. I purchased the Cyclone light weight differential. The one I received looked nothing like the picture displayed. The D ring recesses were to big so the rings would not fit. The assembled diff did not fit in the bulkhead. It cost me extra to have it machined to make all the parts fit. I emailed Darren and explained my dilemma, but to date (almost 4 months ago) no reply! I would express reservations about ordering from them if this is how they treat their cutomers

I wait an other week for my order to be delivered, since I got a (valid) trackingnumber since today.

If it is either inferieur quality or not delivered (within a week) I will absolutely take legal action.

And then it's NOT because of the money (I got the same attitude as you Richard) but it is a matter of principal.

I do a lot of on-line RC shopping and had only in one other case such trouble in getting the goods / money back. But in that case it was a PayPal transaction which gave me more power to put pressure on the company involved. And in the end they delivered the goods and even gave me part of my money back.

So i'll shut up until:

- Delivery of good materials within a week from now
OR
- No delivery within a week or delivery of inferieur materials

I don't understand why you guys keep sending emails?...emails can go mising not get the right address etc.....
Why not just pick up the phone and speak to the guy directly and have it out with him.
Elboogie, you say that the tracking number gives details the package arrived in the US on the 12th, how can this be TiR's fault. 'Out of good will' he may re-send your order, otherwise it would be to claim off the postal company for lose of goods.
I'm not defending TiR but I have used them and only by telephone and the goods have always arrived within a week if in stock.

I can't shut up after your respons.

I did call 3 times. 2 times an answering machine. 1 time I spoke to Darren. The little chat with with Darren resulted in ...... nothing for over a week. A mail (with referral to this thread) + a very angry message (4th call) on their answering machine resulted in action.

And btw at the moment of ordering everthing I ordered was in stock!

So I wait.....
