I'm definitely not a fan of the stand up throttle servo, again. Wasn't that part of the the car's low CG?

I'll sacrifice a little CG for shorter time in the pits.

I think the RRR WCE is not a low cg after all, because the receiver is located on top of the lay-down servo with extra linkages which slows down the throttle action and added weight. (a true low cg car is the G4 evo)
The new RRR EVO is better, rapid throttle response because there's no extra linkages is used.

Or maybe I'm wrong, just ignore what I just posted.

But...a servo is heavier than a receiver. Those linkages are marginal weight increases since they are plastic.

i agree, the weight of the lingkages are neglegible... i think the RRR WCE is a very low cg car...

I guess you're right. That marginal weight really affects the total handling of the car.
No wonder this is the WORLD CHAMPION.

You really don't need to upgrade the car to the EVO. Maybe we'll steal a few parts from it, but other than that it's pretty much the same car. Keep the UE in mind. I'm pretty sure it will be able to take the EVO.

Yes, they did make an upgrade kit from the V-One-RR to RR Evo and they made an RR Evo to RRR kit.

Proof: V-One-RR Evo to V-One-RRR Conversion
Kyosho part #: VZW060
