Clair and I will be there on Saturday as well. Should be by mid-afternoon, maybe earlier.

Anybody know if we can have motorhomes/trailers there to pit by? Need to know asap!

I don't know about the motor home, but Greg should

know. I wish I could pull a motor home out of the

magic purse for Scott and I!

Since the last JBRL a golf cart company has moved into that back access and they typically keep that area closed. So I'm gonna say unless they open the gates to the back entrance "close" parking might be kinda tough.

Casper, any chance of asking Jimmy about this?

I know Halve and others want to bring motor homes.

I would contact the track

Racers Haven Hobbies
7401 White Ln.
Bakersfield, CA 93309
(661) 835-0441
www.racers-haven.com

They do not have a ton of parking back there so it could get tight with a lot of motor homes. It really is up to the track owners though.

Thanks for posting the info Casper, good idea, call

the track!

I've been reading the thread about Roar Off-Road Nats,

and was really disturbed to see suggestions about eliminating

stock and 19t classes. Saw some of you in there too. I think

the Arizona State champs have eliminated stock for all but

novices.

Any one care to give your opinions here? I don't feel like coming

under attack on the other thread.

I personally LOVE the stock and 19t racing, always have.

I love stock and 19T racing. It is reduced cost for the club racer and is easier on the drivers and equipment. It definatley has it's place in racing.

Thanks Pound-It! I roam around the boards and read,

but things have gotten so out of control. I was enjoying reading

the 5 cell thread, and then it got "train-wrecked" by a few who

even bragged about their activities on another thread. Doesn't

matter if I agree or not, just like to read everyone's opinions.

I see people on these forums who don't post any more because

of it. And that's a shame. Some of us have been around for

15-20 years, and have a lot to offer. New people also have a lot

to offer in ideas, I don't know why they feel they have to have the

last word on everything.

Any ideas should be welcomed, especially if it will get more people

racing, but it looks to me like the new ideas are to get people out!

Sorry, but I still enjoy the "Old Dudes" class, keeps my hubby racing

even as we get older!!!!!!!!
