I am very happy with the results of the cooler pictured in this thread. I am now in the midst of playing around making a thicker clamp made of all copper. This should help with the temperature transfer from the peltier. Thanks for all the orders so far!

Since noone seems to be making these on here anymore, I decided to pick it up and go with it. All units will be made using 2 40mm insulated peltiers, silicone wire w/banana plugs for connecting to Power Supply, 60mm heatsink w/12V high capacity fan and everything will be put together using Arctic Silver thermal epoxy (capable of handling both frost and heat). I top off everything with a fan guard to protect fingers and fan.
I don't cut shortcuts on parts as they play a crucial role in achieving the best results.
Units will have less than a week turnaround from when I receive payment as I don't wish to carry too much parts overhead.
Units will sell for $80 shipped anywhere in the lower 48. PAYPAL ONLY!
These pictures show how well this unit works;

After having been plugged in for 9 minutes.

Huh? Do you have any other recommendations? These coolers work nice. I ran mine outside in 90 degree temps last Sunday and the motor was nice and cold for every race. Arctic Silver gives you a great cold transfer.

Motor coolers for Bryson and Marcantel completed. Pictures show you the effect after being plugged in for 5 minutes.

The motor doesn't freeze over to the point that ice surrounds the can. Why would you want to run a motor which is frozen over when you start the race? This causes a lot of condensation and water when you remove the cooler and start running your motor. The key is to bring the motor to sub zero temperatures without the water which all the ice will cause.
