When the rear spoiler is mounted further away from the front of the car (as far back as possible) = the most amount of rear downforce? When the rear spoiler is mounted closer to the front of the car = least amount of rear down force?

The above is true for long sweeping corners. Does the above hold for quick tight corners (90 and 180 degree) type corners?

Thanks

Acid
The rear spoiler relies on airflow for it to work. Up to the certain point, the faster the airflow, the higher the downforce. For the above corners you mentioned, it would depend on the cornering speed of your car.

Clearly though, even for those corners, the further back you mount the spoiler, the more downforce is attained due to the "lever action" of the spoiler over the front-to-rear balance of the car.

Multi Diff is a XRAY item and not included in a Serpent kit.

Serpent kit boxes have seals on the sides of the box. Serpent also weighs each box prior to shipment. We have been very loyal Serpent dealer for 10 plus years and we have shipped a lot of kits and there is almost never a problem with the kits missing parts. As for missing that many parts I would suggest you contact the dealer you got the kit from and ask them to supply the parts.

Generally, the wing mounted forward (towards the front of the car) gives you more steering and mounting it back stabilizes the rear more and less steering. If you have quick tight corners track, then I suggest having it mid or towards the front.

OK to be more precise, it's missing the Serpent 720-07 one-way front diff with locker option.....

I'll be going over all the parts tonight as it certainly has some of the '07 parts (black chassis plate, nylon pivot ball cups etc. but not all. Is there any quick way of identifying the "hardened" plastic parts from the standard ones?
BTW, my friend bought a kit from the same shipment at the same time and is also missing the same parts. I have contacted my dealer and he is looking into it.

Thanks Sow&Steady and Jo Gutierrez.

Perfect, so, more back = more downforce and more forward = more steering.

Thanks Guys

Note Acid that we are limited to a max of 10mm overhang.
best medium is mounting wing inline with bumper.
