What version of the TC5 are you getting?

The TC5 is metric and the TC3 is standard, so those TC3 parts wont work...

oh yeah? so i its like a tamiya kit? its oversea's? wow that's cool but i wonder why.



also you said what version? i know there's the tc5f tc5r and some other one. and to tell you the truth i don't know! I'm going to use it for street/parking lot and track someday. and not a hot motor in it. but i do have two brushless systems....

witch version should i look more into? thanks for bringing that to my attention.

If you are running any type of rubber tire racing, the TC5R is the kit you want. It comes with all the dialed rubber tire goodies...

so the tc5r is the kit imma get! but witch ever the lhs has imma take it and put rubber to it and it the road!! Lol

i was laughin at the picture of the trash can! it was random for me.

i have an novak xxl, novak super sport plus brushless system.

I've had alot of old navak brush esc's (tempest)(super rooster) (novak cyclone's) and they are the best.

well the novak gtb system is awesome. they work really well on anytime cell also old cells.

they put the 3.5 gtb system is touring cars with custom 150t pinions and hit 100mph+ any of you trying that with the tc5? Lol just messin.

can't wait till i get my tc5. i already electronics for it =]

150t pinions? for real? heck, where can i get that and how's the spur gear?

-lipo
-stiff susp.
-VERY good grip

with that setup you'll go 100mph+ but you need a good radio because you'll lose range fast also you need a smooth enough place to run.

ohh and you can't buy a pinion that size!


so you race your tc5? on track?

not yet but planning to. there's no near track at my place and i got a provation on getting a license so pretty much just running my car on parking lot to try my new stuff.

Thanks for your help, but I meant foam tyres, I was so tired that day =D

Also, how do I work out what I'll need (pinion and spur gear) from the gear ratio?
