ran my car yesterday and crashed a couple of times and guess what.................it drove off like nothing happened. Didn't have everything I needed for the first time out but WOW.....I can't wait to run the car again and I went right out (today) and purchased a B4. AE has some great products and I really enjoyed testing with the car yesterday. Every change could be felt. Playing with droop and front end adjustments were what I did yesterday. Hopefully I can get my hands on an ITF chassis and top deck before the next race on the 18th. Anyone know where I can get my hands on one? The car is light too. So I can add weight where I want it to bring it up to the roar limit.

Hey thunder if you come out to harbor hobbies, I can get you in the ballpark, but there is also a good chance Jucha will be there and he can answer just about any questions you will have setup wise.

rebound
I just got my TC5 and have started building it.
I guess for now I will keep to the manual's setup since I will be running carpet/foam.
I noticed however that the team drivers' setups on rc10.com all mentioned no rebound. Does that mean I should leave out the 2 pieces of foam in the shocks?

Just picked up a T5 can’t wait to get it on the track. I am going to be running a 13.5 Novak brushless system. The kit comes with a 48P gears, but with all the 1/12 scale stuff I have I am going to try to use 64P gears. Is there a roll out calculator out for the T5 yet with the addition of 64P gears?

Correct me if I am wrong but I can not seem to find the TC5 on Gearchart.com?
Also I don’t see a place to put the pitch of the gears. For example 64p over 48p?

Set up sheet and TC5 gear calculator up and running at www.gearchart.com
64 vs 48 does not matter, gear ratios, rollouts, etc calculate properly as long as you know the transmission ratio and the spur/pinion tooth count. Also the pull down merely "fills in" the transmission ratio for you, if you know it you can put it in yourself (or override the default one if you've made modifications to pulleys, layshafts, etc).

Shock problems!!?!???
i have been having alot of problems with my shocks. I am using the no foam setup and my shocks always tend to leak, is there any tips or tricks that can help me with this problem.

Are they leaking from the bottom or the top? The new shocks should stay good for a long time even if you dont replace the o-rings. If they are leaking from the top the bladder is probably not installed correctly. If they are leaking from the bottom make sure everyting has been built in correct order, try replacing the o-rings and make sure the shafts arent scratched. A scratched shaft will destroy the o-rings pretty fast.
