Default M11 troubleshooting

I just got my new M11, and when i turn it on, it doesnt scroll in like it should, the screen is just blank. When i hit a button, it will light up, but i cant see it. How can i change contrast if i cant see the menu? im stumped, and upset.

either you have a defected one, or you have to adjust the contrast. i would look in the instructions, or i think theres an actual button for it. i have the m11, but im not racing now, and i am familiar with the radio, but not an expert with it. i would look at the instructions and see how many right "arrows pushes" it see to get to that point, then from there adjust the contrast. if oyu find this confusing, im sorry, just trying to help.

Where did you get it from. If the radio never worked from the begining, any shop that is worth anything will take it back and give you a new one. Especially if it never worked!!

If they don't take it back, I would look for another LHS.

I would try that before sending it to Airtronics!!

i doubt its a contrast setting issue, even on the extreme ends of the contrast setting you should still be able to make out the menu.

According to Bobby my radio will be coming home today 2nd day air at no charge!

I'm so pleased with the service, I didn't have the original receipt either, and they still honored the warranty!

It took one day of service and it went out the day after! total time out of my hands: 9 days

buy buy buy buy buy buy buy! AIRTRONICS
