Default Initial Battery Charge

Hi all, I'm a bit of a newbie and was wondering how to get my batteries off to a good start. the packs are already assmebled (trinity gp 3700). just wondering what to do first, do they need to be dischaged first? or just charge them and go racing? and also what range of amps should they be charged at?

any help would be great, thanks.

Most packs have been cycled a few times for matching. You can just start them off at anywhere between 4-6.5 amps.

I believe you'll find that the manual says to charge for 8 hours before the first use.
If in doubt, go with what the manual says...
