UPS said that only US mail will deliver to P.O. boxes Is this true?
We tried to hand deliver our entrees to Trackside but they wouldn’t take them. That wasted a trip.

Boomer posted up the street address earlier to ship entries to if you're using UPS or FedEX.

The USPS will overnight to a post office box if you are sending it that way.
If you are using an overnight mailing service (Fed Ex etc..) that will not use a P.o Box please use this address.

They want to make sure they get into the event.

As was addressed earlier.

You can do what ever you would like. Either regular mail or overnight.

But It is postmark and first come first served. If someone mails it out regular mail and it takes a few days to get there it would be at the end of the list for that post marked mailing day. If it fills up on that same post marked mailing day and yours is the one that is at the end of the list, you would be at the begining of the waiting list.

I hope that clears things up for everyone. If it doesn't please PM me.

Thank you
Boomer

Generally I like public holidays but why did they have to pick this day!? Anyways the entry will be in the mail first thing tomorrow morning and I just hope things work out this year

Anders is brushless the way to go? The results from Andreas at the LRP Master look good, great to see him back on top. Should we "mere mortals" consider changing to brushless anytime soon? Or maybe we should wait and see what Joel and the rest of the Orion team does... I have a feeling this is the last year for brushed motors but for some strange reason I hope not.

Maybe I just don´t like changes.

@Scotty and the rest of the IIC crew.

I work for a telco and we have a rather large Streaming Media Services setup just idle-ing. I could hook you guys up with a place to upload files from last years race (or whatever*) that would allow people to stream it directly from Windows Media Player.

Let me know if you´re interested.

*judging from the stories no after hours videos plz.

Default Schedule

I know the tenetive schedule is as follows:

Tuesday (Sept. 19) Registration
Wednesday (Sept. 20) Registration, Pits Open, Practice
Thursday (Sept. 21) Practice, Mandatory Drivers Meeting
Friday (Sept. 22) 1st Qualifier & 2nd Qualifier
Saturday (Sept. 23) 3rd Qualifier & 4th Qualifier
Sunday (Sept. 24) Mains, Trophy & Awards Presentation

But can anyone give me a "ball park" idea of the hours?

IE: Racing from 8am - 6pm Friday?
8am - 7pm Saturday??
8am - 3pm Sunday???

Will there be any free time to see some shows while in Vegas....etc?

Any input from last year would be helpful.

The ONLY night you will be there late will be Wensday. The other nights we were done by 8.30-9PM everynight and the doors closed at 9PM if I am not mistaken. Doors opened up around 8AM so you have plenty of time for other stuff.

With the added entries it may go a little later into the night. But you do have Tuesday after you register to get out to see some shows if you are there.
