Hey guys I'm new to the hobby but am very much into it and my ProSC is driving me crazy. Whenever I try to run it on 3S Lipo the rear differential gears fall apart. From what I read the car is 3s compatible so I don't see why this is happening. So I bought a dif rebuild kit and rebuilt the dif....everything was working great for about 7-10 min and then the same damn grinding noise and no power when you hit the gas. I don't understand why it keeps happening and I cannot for the life of me find a aftermarket rear dif to drop in it that is more heavily built. Does anyone know how I can either make the stock dif work or where I can find an aftermarket one?

Check and make sure you don't have any blown bearings somewhere.

Try shimming the diff. Sometimes the rear gear cases can stretch with all that power causing the gear mesh to increase. Add one extra shim to push the ring gear on the diff case closer to the pinion gear in the diff housing.

I agree with ^^^^ would also check/adjust your slipper to make sure it’s not locked out
