Default Ntech NPS - What is this device?

I saw a forsale add for this little vacuum chamber and after looking it up, I can't fine a use for it.

Any one on here have one and use it for their foam tires? I get the theory of sucking out all of the air, and drawing into the tire, a traction compound. Do foam tires really benefit from this?

On a side note, can someone tell me what they paid for this thing? The website selling them is sketchy at best and doesn't list a price. I can see an excellent businesses strategy of harbor freight vacuum pumps and pvc tube.

If it pulls a reasonably strong vacuum, it would be great for getting bubbles out of the original Awesomatix dampers.

Never actually thought of trying that, you could create a small vacuum chamber with some sch40 pvc pipe and use it to pull the bubbles out of diffs and shocks.
