Cool Best pre glued tires

At our last race the track was super sticky and I rolled the tires off the rims on proline preglued bowties and crimefighters truggy tires both new, and a buddy did the same thing with a new set of losi truggy tires are there any preglues that are worth using or do you have to glue them your self to get them last. Mark,

Haven't seen any truggy AKA tires yet, has anyone used regular model glue on tires?

Haven't seen the AKA premounts yet but the best I've come across so far are the GRP premounts.

+ 1 for grp, their Premounted tires are solid never seen anyone have any kind of problems with them.
The Proline premounts have gotten better over the years but there's always the off chance that they will come loose, if you want to run proline the safe bet is to glue them yourself.

Not sure what you mean by "regular model glue." Tires should be glued with CA (commonly known as "Super Glue" since that was the first brand) I personally like the thin, instant cure stuff.

It certainly isn't any Losi tire. I haven't had one set yet in 6 sets that has stayed glued. I have gone through a few sets of GRP Cubics and have had no issues. So far so good on the Prolines also. I'm to the point of paying somebody that knows how to glue tires to do my Losi buggy tires. Everytime I glue them I make a mess out of the tires and my fingers.

We tried proline preglued M3 crimefighters this weekend and they held just fine. Others at our track had the Losi preglues come off in one race

Exclamation

Just build your own, atleast half of the Proline/Losi premounts I've bought have fallen apart after 1 heat. It may be annoying to do but it isn't hard or impossible by any means. And if you do it right they won't come apart.

I think CEN makes beadlock Truggy rims. No more gluing required, I saw them in a photo, but have not tried to find them yet.

I prefer to glue my own then I only have one person to blame if they fail. If I do purchase any premounted tires I will run another bead of CA Glue before running them
