Default PL lids for YZ-2?

Anyone tried this lid on the YZ-2? I saw a post that the B5M bodies fit pretty good and was wondering what people have test fitted.

Does anyone find rattling between dog bones and outdrives?

Even when I spin the rear wheels by hand, I can hear it. Its not worn!

Seems the 'ball' diameter of the dog bone is 'smaller' than it should be!

This is with bmax2 bone with ball diff

I did'nt try fitting it on my yz-2 but had the body in my hand for a little while yesterday before i sent it off to get painted. Best body i've seen for the b5m hands down proline did a great job.

I think it's BEAUTIFUL being as it's low slung, smooth and sleek and lacks the hideousness an overt angularity of the extremely blocky cab forward bodies like the Silencer and the Phantom.

Those two bodies work as well as they look.

Yeah no turd. LOL

I had a Finnisher on my 410 and it acted like a battering ram in the air and looked FUGLY. I think the B4.2 & 22 Finishers look nice but that's it. Not a fan.

Maybe it's the old school in me but the only angular lid I've ever liked was the Andy's body for the Carbon Composite kit.

Can't believe I'm finally contemplating selling it.

Ok gents, so just waiting on my Wife's MT-4 to come in and I can finish mounting everything and then just waiting on her Fascia lid to spray a feminine race theme.

And YES that is Purple Wire and only I have the last of it that I know of and no I won't sell what I have left. Lol

No sir but holy hel! Good to see colored wire come back.

Mine is 14AWG not 12 and I paid handsomely for the 15ft I got a couple years ago!

Looks good. I like the theme, are you painting the body in similar colors?

Thanks and yes, the lid will be purple whit and black but racy and I will be replaceing all washers and spacers with HPI purple ones.

This is my 410 using the same wiring. I'll look for the paint scheme in the 410 thread. Best paint job any track I've been to but it's a 12+ hour endeavor. Might do my YZ-2 like that since I consider this a special car.
