Anyone know what the difference in weight is between the Stifizell (sp?) and graphite chassis? I am thinking about sourcing a graphite version as I am on the heavy side, even by USVTA standards. 1572g on the scales. Most guys I race are running the newest, lightest stuff, and since weight never gets tech'd at club races....

Still digging the car for spec racing. Might try the spare shocks from my ARC R10 on it soon, looking for more options regarding springs that are readily available.

Any idea what shipping is to the U.S.? You have to place an order(and pay) to find out

Default Shipping

Hi Gordon,

They are quite reasonable, normally standard shipping to the USA is around £4.95 and tracked is around £12-14 Think it depends on what you order.

Default Losi spur gears

Odd Losi bit! the 86 and 88 spurs have 23 tooth belt gear, the 90 tooth has 20 tooth belt gear, the xxx4 is a 20 tooth belt gear. Have not checked 64 pitch. Wonder why Losi did this!!! Sure screws up a FDR!!!

Josh's belt fit OK with a 90, had to do the adjustment to the chassis slot with a 86/88.
Does not compute!
I have a 90T Losi Spur w/ drive pulley in my hand and the drive pulley is 23T not 20.
I have 4 of Josh's belts. They are one tooth too short and therefore when installed are too tight and make a ton of noise when trying to run the car. Ive made the chassis mods he suggests but still cannot get the belt to have enough slack. Ive even gone to changing both the front and rear diff pulleys to the smaller diameter versions and still cannot get enough distance to make up for the shortness of these belts. A 20T drive pulley would probably make it all come together but I don't know if they really exist??? Any suggestions? Or a source for a 90T/20T spur gear? Thanks.

I'm looking into the smaller drive pulley but still haven't seen the issue you're having. It's very odd. If you've got noise, it's definitely still too tight. Is the belt not riding correctly?
