Too much difference if your thinking on upgrading to Full 2.0 status.

brief list of differences would be

Towers
Chassis
Arms
CVD's
Turnbuckles
Rear Shocks
Body + mounts

Parts they share (some parts are the same, some are genuinely different but still fit)

Diff case
Center diff mount
Wing mount
Steering knuckles
Carriers
Radio tray
Axle stubs
Servo Saver
Steering top plate

Screw kit, This is what your after.

I would highly recommend you try a different brand of hardware...Rc Screws are made from WEAK Stainless and in comparison to the Tony's 12.9g Steel they might as well be made from Tin foil.

I just converted a 1.0 to a 2.0, it's still cheaper to go that route than selling your 1 and buying a 2..I got pretty much everything off of eBay..on the shock towers the front is the same as the 1.0, so if you don't mind the different colors..here's my list..
1. Chassis.. $54 shipped (eBay)
2. A arms full set..$19 shipped (eBay)
3. Turnbuckles full set..$14 shipped (eBay)
4. Rear hubs with hinge pin $7 shipped (eBay)
5. V2 rear shock tower..$19 shipped (eBay)
6. Front tower $14 shipped (eBay)
7. Rear shocks $22 shipped (eBay)
8. Rear center CVD $16 shipped (eBay)
9. CVD's full set $42 shipped (eBay)
10. RTR Body $15 shipped (eBay)
11. Body mounts $6 (LHS)
12. Mud guards $7 shipped..you can use the 1.0's..I didn't know..but I do now..
Total: $235..seems like a lot of $$ but still cheaper than a new 2.0..and your 1.0 is now "fresh"..plus you can take a few weeks to buy everything

You can buy the complete hardware sets on ebay for under $10 to your door. Its the stock screws and etc, but they are nice to have on hand just in case. Sure you can buy more expensive screws, but for me its not needed. I find the plastics strip out before the screws do and only a few screws go metal to metal, for those you can use the more expensive ones if you are worried.

No problem, on the towers you can get the orignal 2.0 rear tower, but look and get the V2..more tuning options. And with eBay be paitent..don't get into biding wars, have a set price in your mind and stick with it....and if you buy more than one item from the same seller most of them will cut you a deal on shipping. Good luck on your hunting..
