Hi guys i recently serviced my car and took the throttle servo linkage apart with the engine.

when i put the parts together it seems my throttle linkage seems to hit the centre diff plate

just getting consensus / advice.

1.do u guys put the linkage on top of the servo horn or below?

2. if on top , at what position is the bevel on the carburetor set at? ( as mine is set at about 1 o'clock) with the throttle linkage set above the horn.

thanking you all in advance and a happy 2009

thanks baron, i am sure u are right and mine was just like yours until i serviced and i think pushed the engine just a bit too forward.

i set my meshing just right. so now unfortunately will have to set my carb at 2 pm and the linkage on the top.

do u use a quick engine mount?
