Default Associated SC8 battery re-locator box (RC8style) HELP!!

Like the title says, I just purchased the RC8 battery re-locator battery box that moves the battery further up on the chassis, closer to the steering servo. I think it's a great idea BUT...

...am I missing something with the on/off receiver switch and the wires that come with the RTR kit? I only have two wires coming off the on/off switch and it seems as though I may need three??? I'm not sure how it's supposed to be wired and completed. Any advice on the setup or additional parts/pieces that I man need to complete this? Thanks in advance everyone!

Why you say you need 3 wires?

One is for connecting the receiver pack ans the other goes into the receiver

Well, I guess that I wanted one connector free to just be able to charge the battery pack without having to remove the pack each time, since it's screwed in and not clipped in. Am I confused? I feel confused...

In that case, you'll need a switch with three wires or have an external connector.

I personally unscrew the battery box each time I want to charge the receiver pack

Any chance you could guide me on the appropriate switch that would have three wires like I'd like? I have no idea where to start on this search... I'm also not that bright (for real).

Give your local hobby shop call, they should be able to help you with a three wire switch.

Or just unscrew the box and charge the battery.

I run a JR switch and it works well on the SC8, it also has the 3rd lead that you're talking about for charging your battery. I better thought is to buy a couple or more new packs that you can keep charged so you can keep on driving.

I believe this is the switch:

JR ON/OFF Switch
