tires
I raced this weekemd on an asphalt track and noticed a few people had milled their tires down to a smaller diameter. Does anyone know the benefit of this and possibly how to do it without a lathe??

Out of curiosity, what does the double o-ring do?
I'm guessing it controls the rate at which the car rolls on the t-plate, but that's about as far as i can process it...
And while i'm thinking of it.... has anyone tested various o-rings of thickness, diameter and composition? From working at an auto parts store i know that fuel-injection o-rings (orange) seem to be of a denser material than regular o-rings (black).

Then he came allong this:
And voila! New option is born.

I didn't mention nothing 'bout R&D!
Anyways, with Tamiya selling it, at least it's more available to the masses compared to the hard to get Squat pieces.

I wonder if someone could help me find a dealer that might have part#13455372 (Wheel Stopper) in stock. I've tried Googling it but keep coming up short.
Tamiya is currently out of stock and I've stupidly sheared it while putting a wheel on.
Any help would be appreciated...
