I do not know, But I would guess its had more R&D put into it due to the feedback of F104 owners, which probably explains the name they have given it.

It has a "U" shaped cut around the center pivot screw which would allow more flex front to back. I would think it would have more twisting flex too.

Default tires

I raced this weekemd on an asphalt track and noticed a few people had milled their tires down to a smaller diameter. Does anyone know the benefit of this and possibly how to do it without a lathe??

Out of curiosity, what does the double o-ring do?

I'm guessing it controls the rate at which the car rolls on the t-plate, but that's about as far as i can process it...

And while i'm thinking of it.... has anyone tested various o-rings of thickness, diameter and composition? From working at an auto parts store i know that fuel-injection o-rings (orange) seem to be of a denser material than regular o-rings (black).

U geussed right. Sometimes things are just as simple as they seem. Of course you can play with different O-ring materials.

I didn't mention nothing 'bout R&D!

Anyways, with Tamiya selling it, at least it's more available to the masses compared to the hard to get Squat pieces.

Here is from TRG for F103...

New!! O-ring set T-bar
· F103 important set of T-Bar O-ring set.
· P-3 O-ring is soft compared with the standard type.
P-6 O-ring is used as the photo. "As same as the picture shown"
Including the standard O-ring, you can set a variety of combinations.
· P-3 / P-6 O-ring into with five each.

   * O-ring by changing the specifications, F103 RM also supports.

I wonder if someone could help me find a dealer that might have part#13455372 (Wheel Stopper) in stock. I've tried Googling it but keep coming up short.

Tamiya is currently out of stock and I've stupidly sheared it while putting a wheel on.

Any help would be appreciated...
