Could you mention all new improvement over evo IV so far (roughly by looking the photo only).
I still consider it worth to wait and later compare with the Yoke's LCG.

Thanks for the info.
also has shorter suspension arms, and lighter bulkheads when compared to the evoIV

Let me guess-28mm foam tires will hit the shocks and the steering levers?

I know Tamiya still doesnt give a fleas fart about foam tires!!

Cannot wait to see one of these. I was going to run a Ta05 for GT1 next year-but this is so much cooler.

we don`t care about foams over here in the UK
just rubber tyre`s
we are so selfish
like a storm in a tea cup or a fart in a space suit

So, will this be a complete kit, including Sway bars, etc. without needing to buy anything else? I guess the only thing you'll need would be either a diff or spool of choice for the front, and some spare bevel and spur gears..

As the photo from Japanese magazines, they still are using 46mm drive shaft for the new arm (it just 1mm shorter than the existing arm). May be they are using wider blocks such as1E or 1D to remains the width of the car unchanged.

ray, like the yokomo car, this new tamiya will have a one piece lower bulkhead. it's a work of art in itself. and the aluminum diff halves will really make for an accurate driveline.

the twin deck issue of the lcg has been resolved on the yok tommy kramer sd car. it has a single deck at the height that the lower one was.
