Ive gotten back stolen bikes, skateboards, and knives, all from word of my Big MOUTH.!Go back to shop as much as you have time for.Make it known to everone you see. Its spreading the word to whom ever will listen that will get it back. Most people want to help.So give them your phone number so that they feel like your really asking for they're help. They just might see it in a parking lot ,or at another shop / track? and call you. It is a small world especially in Rc's.I hope you get it back.!!

the only bad thing is with rc is you just have to change the lid and you cant prove it was yours. we need to have serial numbers on these things

They most likely get torn down and sold for parts. Chop shop style.

Don't know how it works there, but here, car insurance covers it. It may be worth the cost of filing the claim. It looks like it would be. I really hope that insurance works the same way for you.

Here lately it seems like all the messed up people are winning the war on our society, kid killing, cop killing, drug wars, effin pirates, and the terrible goverment that will give bums and rich people all they want but regular working people.
If this thief had to face you like in the old days of the law then i'm sure he would of thought twice but now it's just like all the wrong people have rights and when you try to protect you and your stuff you don't have any rights.
If you find him cut 1 hand off and call it even.

Unless your auto insurance deductible is $1000, definately file a claim.

I'm an insurance agent in Texas, and hate to tell you but it would be covered under your homeowners or renters policy. Covered under contents off premises, your auto is only going to cover things that are permanantly installed in your car. Atleast that is how it is in Texas.
