Depending on the 17.5 motor you are using it works just fine if you are running a mmm v3 you might need to change the sensor board

Hey Marcos,
Could you post a link to reventon specific setup sheets please?

Thanks.

Change the sensor board to what? My Reventon Pro got sent back and I'm hoping to get the replacement soon and will be running a 17.5MMM in my touring car with it.

I would get the yellow and green board and see which one works for your track.

As far a links for set ups I'm not sure if the website is updated with a reventon pro set ups yet . I haven't check the website in a few days. But software is still being tested so the set ups that I have posted might be changing

Is there going to be a software update to fix this in the future? I prefer to run low timing in my motors at the local track and don't see myself putting the yellow or green board in the MMM when the stock one works just fine.

Are you running blinky or boosted?

Ran my Rev Pro this last weekend with a Trinity 17.5 D3 and zero issues. Won my main with it. The esc is so damn smooth. Like zz top Beavis smooth!

You adjusted the drag brake , bring the drag brake to 10% then go to brake force and put it at 70% to start and go from there.

It seems you started answering me, and then deleted it maybe? Any advice is useful.

I'm confused as to what timing/rollout combination I should be looking at. One guy is running 87 mm with a V3 at 10 degrees, but even for 72 mm my 1 cell comes back really hot.

Then no, it's not a software problem. It's just the fact that blinky likes to have a lot of motor timing, and to achieve that with SP motors you have to buy optional timing boards. However, you can still make it work with the stock red ring. I've run it before and was competitive. You just need to run a lower gearing than average.
