is this thread only off road? does anyone know how to get there from the north hollywood subway station? i wana run onroad up there but have no clue how to go about ittt. i live in the heart of hollywood.

LA, l Live in the Larchmont area, kinda retired rc racer. I used to race on road, in the socal area. the Sun valley track is for 1/8 and 1/5h scale gas and nitro cars. the may have a 1/10 electric. you should contact them for directions. go and check it out first.
also Hot rod hobbies has an on road track, I don't know if they still run 1/10th electric, you can contact them also.

Racing wen't off without a hitch. Jesus Aguilar was the helper that raced for free. There were guys that came all the way from bakersfield TEAM WTF represented! Ray Norte of X-Ray won Expert Buggy with his 808 and Rick Greenlee won Expert truggy with his Kyosho ST-RR. We ran longer mains than ussual, and the watering went smooth- We also worked on the track and removed a lot of loose rocks- everyone went home happy.

Hi guys,

I am from san diego but will be visiting my brother in LA this coming weekend. I just bought my son a 10th scale electric truck and he has not had a chance to drive it on an off road track. I took him to the CORRacing event in Chula Vista last weekend and after seeing the stadium trucks he is amped to race!

I am looking for a track for him to drive on in the LA area, he is obviously just learning and i'm sure any offroad track with jumps would just blow his mind.

I will probably arrive in LA Friday the 8th in the early afternoon.

Will the sun valley track be open for him to practice on? If not, any suggestions on where he can go? Thanks!!!
