The points right now are updated as far as what we have received. We still have a less than 2 weeks to wait for any late results from last week to trickle in. With that said the current standings should give you a good idea of where you are. August 13th the results will be final!

2014/15 Final Standings
Well the standings are now official for the inaugural USVTA National Points Championship!!!
Congrats to the winners....The VTA Champ is Ken Pepe and the USGT Champ is Jeremiah Ward. Both of them were able to fight and claw their way to the top of the sheets. Well done to them both!!!
It was really great to see the way the Championship shaped up. There were racers from all over the country that were in the hunt for the top slot. Many of these racers have never raced each other on the same track at the same time but with this format they were able to battle it out in the standings.
I have attached a list of the top 10 in each class. These drivers will all be receiving awards for their great performances. We are in the process of getting them ordered right now they will all be personalized and hope to ship them out to you guys in a few weeks here.
When Rob and I were talking about doing something like this, I turned to my father to who helped set up the very same format for RC Planes back in the late 70's early 80's. Drawing on what they have had success with we were able to basically roll that format into what we have here. Well in November my father lost his battle with cancer so we looked for a way to pay a little respect to him for all he did. So with that being said we are going to have a special award that we hand out each year in his name. This award will go to the racer who has the highest combined final points in both VTA and USGT. This year the award will go to Ken Pepe as he was able to win VTA and score enough points in USGT to claim this award. Well done Ken!
Rob and I want to thank everyone that took part in the first go around of this it was bigger than we could have dreamed....thanks to all of you!!!

Results are updated!!! We have our first F1 points of the season...keep the results coming in.
