Items under $250 include delivery confirmation. Items over $250 include signature confirmation. Insurance is required for all purchases over $50. All used electrical items are tested prior to shipment. Insurance is recommended and included on purchases over $50 as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. I ship in the USA ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. All Items are sold strictly as is, all sales final.
