I am wanting to know how many of you are using after market heat sink motor mounts and what are your thoughts on them ?

We run 27t stock outdoors in rather warm conditions at the best of times...

Cheers
Michael

Is everyone using the delrin outdrives? I'm setting my car up for mod and wondered if they are durable enough. I've been looking for alum. or lightened steel and couldn't find any.
When I built my diffs up with the kit outdrives they were so warped that I couldn't set the mesh correctly. I noticed that the gearboxes are not the straightest either. Do I have an old kit or is everyone's car like this?

KevinK - What time does RSJ open on Sat.? I may be coming up there.

Hara's got them in his car...so it should not be a problem in mod.

I have them in mine as well.. very smooth, light, and durable.
you won't find any alum. or steel outdrives..no manuf. has come out with one... I doubt we'll ever see a set available.

I just hope Speedtech comes out with a lightened steel spool for the car though....

Default Drive Cups

Does anyone know if there are Delrin drive cups availible for the Pro4?

I would like to get away from the graphite ones. I have already broke two of them and don't want to by out drives just to get the drive cups.

Thanks

First time back on the track in a while, had a great night of racing. I came within one loose servo horn of winning the sportsman tc class oh well theres always next week. The important thing is that I was way ahead of the TQ pace the whole race until I had to drop out. My main problem was traction rolling, I lowered the ride height to 4mm but I still had a couple of rolls after that. Since then I've rised the roll center in the front, anything else I should be doing?
