I just blew my motor and the only other motors I have are a 13.5T and a 3.5T. Even with turbo boost to the max the 13.5T is just too slow... would it be insane to try the 3.5T? I plan on limiting throttle to 80% on the radio but I don't want to damage anything :/

Everything you need for the conversion is in the B6/B6d kit

There are a few options for b5m laydown gearboxes. I'd recommend searching a little.

Has anybody used the front end parts off the B6 in the B5M? I'd like to replace the front hubs and steering blocks, so I don't have to glue the bearing inserts next time.

However, the geometry is different and you will mess up your bump steering and ackerman angles. It isn't a suggested modification.

Someone could make different bolt on steering posts for the b6 hubs to mimic the ball stud location of a b5. There's a free aftermarket parts idea for anyone with a cnc mill.

Does anyone know if the RPM front wide bumper will fit on a B5M? The 4 hole pattern looks the same. If not do they make a front wide bumper for the B5M?
