No new buggy. They are just releasing the 808 with 2009 specs. Not alot of big changes and should allow you to get a great deal on an 808 right now if you find one.

I think X-Ray releases a new upgrade to all their vehicle lines once a year... At least that's what it feels like.

SO basically another losi copy. Gotta have a low profile body cuz losi does. Xray makes me laugh I mean I like thier cars and think they are very nice but damn enough losi copies. Next thing will be the losi 8T 2.0 copied into the xray 808ight T.

Nothing wrong with taking something and making it better. Losi had a good design. Xray just improved on it and the materials.

All I have to say on this matter (which happens to not be subjective like the posts above): please look at any thread/forum on the topic of what the customers would like to see change on the 808, you will find that most asked for the changes that have been made for this year's model.

Just for the small details. In Europe
Losi 2.0 499 € Made in Taiwan
Xray 808 2009 spec 499 € Made In Slovakia (still more expensive than china)

Don't blame people to buy an xray, if you can get the same performance and better quality for the same price. At least here it's an obvious choice..

Well said.

The only thing I wish the 808 came with is a set of plastic rear blocks like mugen did.
