the prospec comes with aluminum rear hubs though, which I can see plastic breaking from jumps over a period of time.

also I thought Spring steel was made by hudy and had a redish tint to it

I ran plastic rear hubs on my buggy for over a year. Never broke any.

That color steel is made that wat by X-Ray, for X-Ray.

I have never broken any either on any buggy or truggy I have owned. That is why really do not care if it comes with it or not.

still though on a truggy that does what? 200 jumps during one race, and getting hacked at and everything, to have parts like rear hubs made out of aluminum would be a huge upgrade.

Where located at. I am in Winter Garden FL. Even if I had to ship parts out to you from what I have in stock most likely you will get it the next day being in the same state.

Give us an update when you're done, let us know what broke, if anything wore out quickly, and overall how it went.

well guys....

We had two trucks in the event and actually had nothing more than a broken arm(well deserved) over a big double.

So far we have about 4-5 gallons on these new trucks and have had zero issues. I have mainly been concerned with the gears but I feel like if done correctly no issues will be had.

Scott Porter took the TQ spot and fought it out for the win in the pro buggy class with the OCM. Brad Tompkins lead several minutes and was a front runner but dropped back when a cvd pin came out

I started second in pro buggy and managed to pull out the win after trying to catch second for 25 minutes of the race!

Over all I am happy, this week we are headed to the RC PRO series east round # 2..
