Mid to late January is what Christian stated in his email so at least another week maybe 2 weeks. Pics show a well thought out car that should be a great car to work on and tune so be patient it will be worth the wait.

Chris
I talked to him about the release date today and end of January was his best guess.

Thanks guys for filling in. Yes, items are being procured and the production of all the aluminum items is on schedule.

Right now 2 weeks is the earliest I can see them being ready, with 20-25 days being as late as I would like to have them ready. We'll see, we are at the mercy of the suppliers at this point.

In the pictures it appears that this will come with aluminum screws throughout. Is that correct? I'm really looking forward to getting mine

The pictures show stainless and regular steel. We will make aluminum screw kits available though.

We are getting close. The items are all starting to come in and the miscellaneous screws and parts are starting to get packaged up.

It is a lot of work, but we want to make sure we do it right. As an update, we might hit a bit of the delay with the full kits due to a lost package with front ends from Xenon and also a delay from team prime on the shocks. Those that ordered the conversion should have the cars by the end of the month.

For those that are going to the 'birds, Mike Gee will be running one of our protos in 17.5. Make sure you stop by and take a look (just don't judge the finish on some of the parts as some stuff is hand fitted. It's a proto) :P

Nothing like the feeling of putting together a car totally from scratch that drives awesome on the track from the get-go.

Just waiting for my Team Prime shock.

Got to get a little bit of practice with the car before birds yesterday, and i have to say im pretty impressed. I havent ran 12th since the 2013 roar nats at horsham and I was able to jump right in and run a pretty decent pace. The car was responsive to all the changes i made and i was very happy with it at the end of the day. If anyone at birds wants to come check it out ill be in the awesomatix pit!

Sorry guys, been a bit busy lately.

The conversion kits should be out by the end of the week. We are cutting away on plates as we speak.

As for the full kits, we are waiting on one of our distributors to ship us some of the plastics, IRS diffs, on Xenon for the front ends and team prime for the shocks. All these items have been on order since December and unfortunately the suppliers have been very slow in getting us the items we have already payed for.

So sorry about the delay. I promise, it is out of our hands right now. We have all the hardware kits and aluminum parts packaged up, finishing up on cutting carbon.

So you're the reason Xenon has been out of hard parts for a month

Also I see Roche is coming out with a car with the Xenon front making parts even more scarce.
