i have a losi 8ight b and i am installin a new clutch but im havin problems puttin the bolts thru the spring and into the hole in the flywheel, anyone have any tips

You can either round the ends of the bolts down to help them slide in or i just squeeze the shoes slightly into the flywheel using pliers while pushing the bolt into place

Its easier to fit the plastic shoes first till you get the feel of it but you'll soone get the hang of it

Just squeeze the shoe in a bit so the screw can go through . Once you do it a few times it seems easy .

the 2.0 clutch pins have been pre rounded for our convenience...but like bri said just push on the shoes a bit and it'll go through and be second nature soon enough.

Get ALL of the shoes/springs/ pins STARTED. So basically the pins are not to the threads yet. Then put a ziptie around all the shoes. Pull TIGHT. Pulling the ziptie tight will pull the shoes together around the center and allow for the pins to basically fall right in. (although rounding the pins will work also)

ok well, i got the shoes installed, the new bearings and the new cb, i used the spacers and right now i have 2 between the flywheel nut and the bearing and one between the front bearing and the cb screw, but there seems to be more play then there should be but if i move the spacer from the back to the front it has NO play at all and it is rubbin. should i keep it how it is or what because i have no more spacers

what washer. i even just looked at the exploded views.i see no washer
