aw man going from pegasus to revs will be like going from concrete to cotton the dirt at revs is not nearly as hard or rutted up like pegasus

just want to find a place where i can open my mini up and have a lil high flying fun

i currently race intermediate stock trucks at socal with my mini and i fair pretty well.. not great but ok
I ran a B4 last week and did well, but it was not easy! The trucks beat you up pretty bad, I don't know if I could do it with a mini. You even have to steer clear of the marshals as they can't hear the electric and are not expecting to look out for you, I got stepped on twice. There is a group of crt.5 drivers in the class as well now, and it doesn't look like they're taking it easy on anyone. But, if you can steer clear and run clean?

Robert, I am not too sure you have been to Pegusus lately but that track is being run very well and not rutted up for Saturday racing as it is taken care of each Thursday/Friday to prepare for racing. Pegasus is really a 10th scale track though and rev is more of an 8th scale track. I have run my min-t at rev some time ago when i had one and it was fun but it was upside down 1 or 2 times a lap.

Depends on what you mean by better. Different yes, but better????

Rev has good loose dirt. The track ruts out pretty bad though which is part dirt part gas cars. An all electric race will blowout the track though as well.

Pegasus has been running the track wet but the surface is hard. Tire wear is low, traction is good and the surface is holding together and stays smooth. They only run 10th scale though so that helps with ruts. Both are great tracks for what they are racing these days.

So Cal is still running. Pegasus did add a ton of new dirt and it is holding up great. Cannot wait to get on the new larger Rev track with the 8th scales. I got a new Kyosho 777 that needs to get tuned in!

JBRL is coming to town as well. Should be good times.

Is the track at Lake Parris still there? Is anyone maintaining that place or is it just abandon?

Hey guys. When you figure out what tires are working on the new track can you post up here. I am trying to do some research for the upcomming JBRL. I am looking for 10th scale tires right now but any tire info will be good.

Thanks
