If you are racing then any of these buggys will do. I would get the car that you can easily get parts for. I run Losi stuff because I have a ton of parts for them and it is easy to get parts for. I know of plenty of guys that run Mugens and love them. Take your time and make the informed decision.

we just cannot understand what you are saying. Sounds like, i was going to get a serpent but now am getting more money then i thought. So now i want either an xray, agama, mugen. I also have an xray, agama and mugen. Oh, i don't want a losi.
See what i mean? English brother.

LOL
come on guys, at least the guy is very frank, I DONT WONT A LOSI
ok, just my 2 cents, i aint gonna comment on the serpent nor the AGama because i dont know them yet.
the xray is a great car, very durable and really hard to break which is good for a new driver, what i noticed with new guys driving the Xray is the hard time they have to find the right set-up to get it dialed. other than that, the car is top notch
the mugen is sweet, drives smooth and jumps with style its not as durable as the Xray and specially the front arms/ shock towers, i've seen many many break in hard landings and sometimes for no reason. the chassis is a bit weaker than others where it tends to have a banana shape after few gallons depending on the track (ours has crazy big jumps and concrete landings) almost all of my fellow mugen drivers went through 3 chassis during the season.
but its very easy to drive yet very fast for a new driver and it runs great with its stock set-up or out of the box for the Mspec
just a small question, why not a Losi??
hope this helps

i don't like that losi use imperial nut and bolts or the centre drive shafts, plus i have been racing now for about a year and i have driven a few different losi cars and it just isnt wat i want. i give my freind so much crap for driving a losi that it would be rediculas for me to go and buy one.
does it make a difference that the Xray is the 2009 spec instead of the 2010 spec.
thanks for the help keep it coming

Tech Master
love my 808s(08-09) much better than my losi or mugens for durability & more importantly feel,it feels like it was designed for me.Sorry cant tell you about the 808-2010 version.Setup was easy as small adjustments can be felt on the track & the setup book it comes with is extreamly detailed.
I dont know about getting parts for the serpent or agama but a-main in the states almost always have every x-ray part or (mugen) I ever want & if out of stock they resupply in a couple days.No idea about how it is where you live.
If your exactly like me you'll love the 808,if your not then you can always buy or trade for a different car. There are a couple guys from your country on the 808 thread.I would suggest you contact them.
