if your riding in terry's truck you won't be sleeping. imaging sitting on the other side of a window to a test dyno. his straight pipes echo off the front of the trailer. sleep is not an option from what I hear.

Eric, I'm jealous of ya'll, I'll be in Ohio, Big Fat Italian Wedding. Dirla is right, you will be getting no sleep in Terry's Ride. The first race we were up for 26 hours straight. I wish I could be there to see Skeen's reaction to that big ol track

Yall have fun, The Big Ragu

Not sure "big ol" & "track" should be used in the same sentence.

Well Skeen, I hear the track isn't much bigger than The Thunder Dome....Deano's was a blast but because of Pro series rules they don't water, you boys better plan on pitting up wind, and bring plenty of air filters, gogles and a good resperator would not hurt...It's usually a Dust Bowl...

Just went out and tried the the new orion/peak 19T motor. So far I had rip over everyone on the track. The stock Q brushes are really good too. I tried F brushes... but they are a little much and start to fade at about 3 min. I'm going to try and get them to work, but I think Trinity xxx compound brushes will be really sweet. The best thing is... with the q brushes... it had rip the ENTIRE run. There was little or no fading through the run. So far this is my pick for 19T when it's not a handout motor race .

I was gearing at a 8.2 final drive... I think something around an 8.4-8.6 might have been a little better for the track. Most guys were running their komodo's at 8.0 final drive. I was using the stock springs... but I tweaked them a little bit. It's a rather small asphalt track on a pretty tight layout.

Wow 8.2!! That really must be a small track. I normally gear a Komodo in the mid to low 6s. Thanks for the info

Default Brush Cutter & serrator

Hi EA

Just wondered if you can fill me in on what different cuts will do on brushes for a stock motor, just bought a Xipp brush serrator & cutter and want to know which cuts give more rpm, power etc and about timed cuts etc. I think i've seen em somewhere before but can't find the info I need even by serching.

Cheers for any help you can give

Paul
