I ordered the zx6.6. If i get the gear diffs, I need to change the bevel gear? Why? And are there any additional parts I need to get?

Edit: I see they are included in the diff package.

Anyone having any issues stripping spur gears on the new center diff?

Mine leaks around the edges as well. Is there anything that can be done to prevent that ?

This might be a stretch... but does anyone know of a cross reference or a parts list to convert a zx5 over to a zx6 or even a 6.6?? I got a zx5 for free so it's hard for me not to want to try and upgrade it VS buying a new one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Very different cars. I don't think it's really possible to make that work.
What would be a better idea would be to buy an old stock zx6 and get the parts to make it a 6.6 if you wanted to.

not stripping but after only 1 battery so far, the spur is looking a little more used than it normally would. figured it was the hudy pinion I used.
