Hi guys

I have yet to start building mine (offroad races then sickness) and at the moment I'm compiling some info and setup sheets... There are a few things I'm not sure I understand:

- what's the "number of orings" spec in the setup sheets shock sections? It's either 1 or 2... are these outside downstop orings on shock shafts?

- I see some setup sheets mixing short and std front towers F and R... is this correct? What's the desired effect here?

- Generally speaking - can someone please school me on short vs normal shocks?

Thanks!
Paul

Normal shocks are great in asphalt, for carpet you will see someones using shorts shocks, but mainly long for asphalts and low grip carpet.

The shocks are inside the shock, for the shaft, no for downstop.

The shocks came with 1 oring, but yoy can use 2 if you change the oring collar for another une smaller.

Regards

If you knew the rates, you should know which is softer.

The purple and yellow seem to have the same rate in the list above? Is that right?

Yes I thought the same when you put the springs together the pink compresses first .so as far as I'm concerned the pink is softer than the blue even tho the pink is suppose to be harder
