This is what I used in my Orca VX at the IIC to qual 2nd and blow out in the main. Mike Haynes TQ'd and won stock with an ORCA VX but unsure of his settings. Blake was also using one in the A main of Stock as well. There were a ton of ORCA's at the event and everyone was happy with their performance and feel.

Were they quicker than tekins.

In blinky they are all the same speed down the straights. It comes down to throttle feel, customer service and what you like.

The 1S version speedo has it on there. But it wont be released for the 2S version until ROAR approves it. They were given a Speedo at IIC last week to take back and test after IIC.

First impressions on this speedo. Construction is very good. Has a very solid feel and seems they've used high quality materials. Very impressive. Installed it in my 2wd buggy for a few laps tonight and the speedo is very smooth. Not sure if my gearing is correct yet and I didn't make too many adjustments. I'm going to spend some more time with it tomorrow and Saturday to work on setup. Program card was easy to use as well. So far, pretty happy with the purchase and can't wait to get one in my TC.

Default 1s version settings?

Anyone gotten a good base yet with the 1s version?

17.5 blinky and or 13.5 blinky--carpet indoors---smaller than vegas track.

I couldn't install mine untill after the series race yesterday.
(ROAR approved only)

So now it is time to see what it will do.

thanks,
Darrald

Ran the speedo for the 1st time today in 17.5 blinky sedan, and it ran flawlessly. I took Erik's base setup, but changed a couple things to my liking.

Easy to set up/change setings, and is by far the smoothest esc i have driven.

Can't wait to put it to the test at the Classic.

for 21.5 try some thing like this

timing 30
turbo 50
interval 3
pwm 8k
punch 10
drag brake 8%
brake interval 4%
brake freq 1k

keep motor timing turned down so you not got motor over hot
for v3

10
30
normal
0.03 or 0.02
50
normal
off
0ff
1k
8k

hope this helps
