the guy who designed THEcar is the first to reply to this question. He's always on here and always willing to help and answer questions about his car. It's the reason I bought 3 JQs.... lol

Neither.

You will need at least TKI2 with all option parts, clocked OS Speed w/2090, the new EX-1 Tx w/RSx servos, and minimum of 10 sets of AKA rubber.

I would get which ever is easiest to get parts for.But I will say that I think JQ is doing the most with his car to make sure it works good and is reliable.

Sorry to go off topic in another persons thread, but what's the deal with the plastics upgrade, and the hinge pins?

I had a look at my friends JQ yesterday, it wasn't race ready so I couldn't try it - but I let him try my MBX6 and he seemed to really like my car..
I'm going to have a go at his JQ on thursday, he said he expected me to go out and buy one after that.. we'll see about that

Can I ask, since you are the designer of the car how come you didn't go with a PBS front end? PBS seems a lot more solid than link pin. Will a future version have PBS?
