Unortunately, i don't have a date. There has been a delay because I am shopping around the product with a few new vendors in order to get the price down a bit. Otherwise, we'd have to sell for around $50.00 per set.

my rsd spool cups came in yesterday along with ae's new dcj kit, the dogbone would barely go into the spool cup. I ended up sanding the dogbone's until they had free movement. Not sure if this was an intentional change by ae or not my old cva's fit properly.

Is there ever going to be any more production on TC6.1 chassis parts? I'd love to get a hold of either an evo1 or evo2 chassis, I wore out my evo1 racing outdoor

This is a good question. I will look into it to see what we can do. If I can get a commitment of say 5-8 chassis kits, we can get a small batch of them made.

If anyone is reading this that is interested in one, let me know on the forum and we can issue another small batch and start maybe a "pre-order" on the website. Same with the lowered shock towers.

I would be interested cristian. I'm currently running my TC6 in VTA but might end up getting a TC4 for VTA. Then getting a conversion for my TC6. You still have the original RSD6 conversion in stock whats the difference between that and RSD6.2 EVO?

The difference is the chassis shape and battery mounting. I think with what we have learned, we'd make a 2.5 version for limited release. I would make it a mix of the 2.

Would anyone have a starting set up for asphalt mod for the RX4?

I do not but my plan is to just drop my car down with the carpet setup for the RX4 and tune from there. I suspect it will need some steering if you are going to run at Leisure Hours compared to a carpet setup.

Did you run an RX4 at the VTA race at Harbor this month?

No, I ran my std T4 in 17.5. I did run the RX4 as a usgt car in Ft Wayne at the vta/usgt race there. It was pretty good. I made the show but I didn't have time to completely dial the car in so I was pretty much back half of the main.

LH will be the primary place I run mod. we run 13.5 at our place. thx. for the tip, I'll work on that for the 1st points race at LH.

I would start with the following:

4x1.1 or 3x1.3 pistons
AE 35WT Oil F/R
Short links F/R
RSD Silver springs all around
Front pins
(.. )( ..) FF
(... )( ...) FR
1mm under all the mounts

Rear Pins
( .) (. ) RF
( .) (. ) RR

1mm under all pins

Wheelbase 1mm short in the rear
2k Rear Diff
Spool Front

1mm under rear inside links
2mm under front inside links
1mm outside front links
4/3mm Outsider rear links

4 Deg Caster

Shock towers:
Front
(oXoo) (ooxo)
Rear
(ooxo) (oxoo)

Ride height 5.5R 5.0F
Droop 3mm over ride height R
2.5mm Front

That should get you in the ball park. I would tune with springs (XRAY 2.7 f/r are pretty good 2.3-2.6 are good for a bit more rear roll/ rotation)

Cristian,

Put me down for a TC6 rerun for sure. I'd be keen to get a spare chassis as well as I run a lot of outdoor on bumpy tracks.

Cheers.

Default This is a GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!!

I converted my two T4 Xray cars to the RSD conversion and drove them at The Grand Finally race at The Gate. The cars were DIALED!!!!!!! They were the best handling, most consistant cars I have ever put on a track. It only took a few adjustments and I had a GREAT weekend of racing. If you are thinking about the RDS conversion for your car, DO IT!!!!!!!

That is awesome to hear! We love nothing more than to hear our customers enjoying their cars.
