The new Indoor 702 R/C Raceway in Las Vegas NV.
Time to bring 702 R/C Raceway Las Vegas NV. back to the top on RCtech.
I haven't been to 702 much this summer as the 330 mile round trip on a
motorcycle in the summer heat is no fun. The swamp coolers have been
giving Garrett fits all summer also, so between the hot ride and hot indoor
temps I just could not do it.
I've been to 702 twice now in the last 2 weeks since the temps have gone
down some and all I can say is WOW" Garrett has
done a great job making some changes to 702 R/C Raceway.
#1 New announcer (Chris) is doing a great job with making the races exciting
to be in or watching"
#2 Garrett has gone out and talked to the full size dirt track guys in Vegas
about dirt track traction. Garrett has now started using the stuff the full
size racer's use (Track Grip) I think it's called and the traction at 702 is now
just unreal" Garrett now has a very good traction and is very consistent all
day long with little to no tire wear.
#3 Garrett has the swamp coolers working full time now (which is great")
#4 Garrett has a new girl in the store thats super friendly & smilely" (sorry
but her name slips this old mans mind at this time)
#5 The hobby shop is stocked up with way more parts then ever before.
#6 Garrett has finally got his Live R/C live broadcast link working great
all the time so you can check out 702 on Live R/C.com Wed.Fri.Sun.
Garrett has really picked up his game at 702 R/C Raceway in Las Vegas NV.
I'm looking forward to going to 702 every week if I can for the fall,winter &
spring.

After racing at 702 riding my motorcycle 320 miles round trip since they opened about once or twice a week because Garrett makes this place a blast to race,I have to say if you have not raced here nows the time to give it a try.
They have not only got the dirt to have more traction,they have a new layout that is such a blast to drive it's unreal. This is hands down their best ever layout since they opened. If you've been wanting to give 702 a try you could not pick a better time then now.
Plus theres a great 6 week series race starting this Friday Oct. 29th stop by and try out the hot new layout with some great compition and major fun"
