You have to take away from the listed price the TAX (20%) for international shipping (shippings outside Europe) and the shipping costs are about 22$ to USA.

You get the O.S. SPEED Tuned 21XZ-R engine + shipping at about 380$. Then I don't know about the customs tax you guys pay in USA...
Shows 329 Euros which is about 432 US

Yes, right, but the prices are 20% TAX included. So, for shipping outside Europe you need to exclude TAX, because it is exporting. So, you need to devide 432$ by 1.2 = 360$.

I have looked at EFRA's site, and the homologations for 2012 is not up for the mufflers yet, but I keep an eye at it.

What about to use a Capricorn EFRA 2068 On-Road Muffler + Conical Manifold kit ... will that do okay? This should behave much like the a Novarossi 2015.

Kind regards; Jens

I can see The OS Speed 2080-T pipe is IFMAR homologated, and as so could be used at the worlds 2011, but its not on the EFRA hologationlist for 2011, and therefore not could be used in EFRA sanctioned races in 2011, ex. the EC 2011

I can also se, that EFRA muffler homologationlists normaly will be published in the beginning of march, so we would soon know if it will be possible to use it in EFRA-regi in 2012.

Kind regards; Jens

Default Measurements on O.S. Speed 2080 Pipe

Dear fellows

I have asked O.S. Support wheter the pipe is EFRA homologated for 2012, and they have replied, theat their Research and Development guys assure, that it is EFRA legal. There will not come a version with EFRA inscription.

I have asked EFRA as the pipe is homologated for 2012, and they have replied, that O.S have pipes send in for homologation in january, but as the 2080 pipe was among them, they did'nt know for sure. The pipes have got homologation EFRA2098. EFRA have asked me for some measurements for the 2080 pipe, and then they can chec and give me an answer.

Are there anyone out there that can supply me withe the measurements: a) total lenght of the pipe, and b) lenght of the first cone?

Thanks and best wishes; Jens

How often is it nessessary to change the conrod in a Speed 21 XZ-R. After break-in? every 4-5 gallons? or are there any other directions?

Best wishes; Jens

I would change the rod every gallon of hard racing. You can go more, but it's not worth it.

If your not pushing the limits, you can go 2-3 gallons with no problems. Although there are always exceptions.

No need to change the rod after break in.
