Those races were so darn close. Even most of the lower mains were very very close. It looks like this would be one to get the video of as all the races were nail biters.

There is probably a reason that so many entrants ran the XRay. Including many privateers. Quality!

The xray is a great handling car, with such great tunability, its hard not to want one. Furthermore, the quality of all the components are top notch. Yeah, they are a bit more pricey than the competition, but if your trying to be very competitive, then its a small price to pay, especially when considering all the cash spent on other hop ups, motors, batts, chargers, radios, servos, etc....

I always wanted an Xray, then I got one and ditched the TC3. I'm not looking back. i am way faster now! The car is great, and it does what I want it to. It still comes down to driver. The xray in the hands of a dope will crash just as good as anything else.

Some have wild dreams. I guess all other touring car makers should just quit selling cars.

Question is, is the 05 really any better than the 04 car? A few guys I know have both cars and like the 04 better. I think all manufactures make new cars so often to keep sales moving not because they are always improving the cars. Kinda like keep up witht he Jones's so to speak.

I agree, the 04 is still a great car, the fact that you dont have to run split battery packs alone is a good enough reason to switch as far as Im concerned lol I dont think its as much a keep up with the jones,s thing, as it is, if you dont make something new and improved now and then, your eventually gonna run out of customers.....

It's funny seeing all the posts about which car rulz, which car droolz, this cars the best, yours stinks, etc, etc.

Then in another post manufacturers are accused of cherry picking in stock or 19 turn modified....?

If the car is the determining factor why does it matter what class any particular "DRIVER" races in, especially when he is supposedly be running an inferior "CAR"?

Wouldn't it make more sense to not allow such an awesome unbeatable "CAR" into the stock or mod class, since "IT" obviously is the reason behind the wins?

Or does this fall once again under the "My car is the best, if it wins, but if yours wins it's 90% driver" rule?

LMAO, funny stuff from those who are "OBVIOUSLY" in the know!

...Jim
