I've heard talk of there being a tire shortage at the express race, is their any truth to this? I was planning on buying five sets of tires at the track on friday. Please lmk if I can still buy tires, if not mark and I were going to overnight some for friday.

tires
in other words, if we show up at 8 am tomorrow morning, is there any limit on how many sets of tires we can buy?
obviously we would greatly prefer not having to rush order (i.e., throw money away on shipping) some from the west coast tonight

If there is a tire shortage I suggest only 2 sets per class and marking them or something it won't be fair for us guys that have to work tomorrow if someone that doesn't have to shows up at 8 and buys up a ton. Give Tag some more work.

ditto, I think a 2 set limit per class would be the way to go, maybe tech tires like the reedy race.

THIS IS NOT FREDDY--THIS IS WILLIAMS!
Just checking in with you guys...
Everything is going really well here at the eXpress PORC. Friday practice was killer--place was packed! Preliminary fast guys in each class were: Cuffs, Reigle, Herald, Tag, Getchell, Robbie and me in stock. 19T fast guys were Cuffs, Dobbs, Xavier, Unrath and me.
We ended up racing a practice heat for each class at around 9 PM last night. Stock class was kinda messy--a guy named Ortiz won, with Dodge second and Anthony Saunders 3rd.
In 19T, it was Cuffs and I separated by less than a second until the very end with both of us turning a 24, 5:09 and 10 respectively. MAN, 19T is gonna be a killer class this weekend.
Looking forward to some practice this morning and great racing late into the evening. We'll hopefully get to post some results late tonight.
Talk to you all then.

Well today I had some bad luck with my T4 and my 8th scale. I qualified 2nd in truck and was gaining on the leader in the main but my car shut off on me and had to settle for a 6th place finish But on the bright side I qualified 5th in 8th scale (bad qualifiers) and had a good main and finished 2nd.
