I agree on the “slippery slope” concept.
What I’ve found after nearly four years of racing these GT cars is the need for “Spec & Open” classes.
“Spec” being the cost effective, level playing field that offers an excellent “entry level” to grow the GT class into a more “Mainstream” view and acceptance.
The “Open” class is for the hard-core racer with the need to speed at any cost; or those that might already have equipment that doesn’t conform to “Spec” structure.
I believe both classes can co-exist very well, by feeding growth to each other and seem to be an excellent option for the health & future of our sport.

Hey guy's I just got 4 different bodies because I wanted something a little different. The one's I purchased are made by BYSM but there is another company called Delta Plastiks that also makes bodies that fit the GT8 class chassis. You can find them here.
