Default Jammin X1 CRT starting setup

I have a Jammin X1 Crt that i am getting setup right now...what is a good basline setup to go by or what is a good starting point for diff oils and shock oils...I seen on the jammin site that they have setup sheets on there but what would be a good one for a newbie to start out with that makes the truggy fairly predictable..thanks
Chad

Setup all depends on the kind of track you run on. I would check with the guys at your local track. They would be more helpful than strangers on a forum that have no clue what your track is like.

Here's a list of setups from Jammin's site. If it were me, I'd go with Chad Bradley's setup to start.

Default This is a good starting point

Front diff ofna 7000, center 10000 and rear 3000. Front shocks 55wt, rear 45wt. Long wheel base, shocks in inside hole of arms. Use the lowest inside hole on the front and rear shock towers. This is a good starting point for any track and most conditions. Good luck. Frank.

Default Dry track setup

Hello,

I bought a used Jammin X1-CRT that is in great shape. I checked out Jammin's site with the setups and the tracks I generally run at are dry and low to maybe medium traction. Not being great at setups, otherwise I would take the medium traction and make minor changes, but was wondering if anyone has a low traction setup?

Thanks

Jason

do everything the same but just go 5000 front, 7000 center and 3000 rear on the diffs. and if it still feels loose in the rear go 5000 in center.

15k front 10k center and 3k rear, that thing should turn on a dime, on and off power. also try running theride hight in the front lower than the rear, you loose traction in rear but gain steering.

Yep, I ran 10/20/5 in mine. The old X1 likes the thicker fluids in medium traction conditions.
I also ran a Crimefighter in the front, Bow-Ties in the back 99% of the time.

i ran that set up for a while then switch to 10/15/3 and i liked it better, i only did that because i was out of 20 and 5 and it paid off, but soon after i got an X2. but thinker in the front will give it less push.
