Not enough to buy the new one. I still buy the 08 versions when I find them. Never have problems now that I use good o-rings & never had the problems that the updated cars supposedly fixed. A plus with the old car is my pinion bearings fit for wheel bearings.

Teeforb I'm one of the 2 guys @ ARC thats been running the 808 since it came out. Have you ever seen my car break?

This is the exact reason people stay away from Xray. Every 9 months you will have to buy a new car....

umm, you dont see motorcycle or car manufactures sitting on their hands and not updating their products,

That is the exact reason why i like xray as they are always looking to improve their products each year, bring on the 2011 808 i say

From what I know of the parts...you will be able to upgrade your current car. however, we have seen some of the updated parts in some shape or form but I guess now its official

the only time you would have had to purchase a new car was going from the XB8 to the 808, which, fyi, was back in 06/07.....no different than any other manufacturer

but thank you for noticing that xray is constantly trying to give you the best product possible by giving you all the updates the team drivers use and other upgrades rather than leave you hanging.

have a great holiday

Uh, no you don't.

Don't listen to the net momos that insist that you have to have the latest edition of everything.

As racers and team members find ways of improving a car, Xray updates thier car and gives it a new name. It's not a big deal.
