Something is wrong there... I had a lot of steering throw that the rims would actually rub on the C-hubs.

The Jammin has an insane amount of steering. I even had to dial down my travel to about 80%

its odd
no binding anywhere at all
the problem seems to be that my servo doesnt move far enough forward or backwards to move the steering enough even with the endpoints maxed out

do some radios have more throw over other radios??

I'm using the outer most hole on the servo arm... I had the same problem until I made this change. The steering linkage going from the servo to the servo saver is almost level with the servo side being slightly higher.

Don't know what else to suggest...

So, without the servo attached you can turn the wheels all the way right?

How about with the servo attached but radio system off?

Does anyone else enjoy Derek's avatar? Haha

Check your dual-rate, and make sure it's turned up all the way.

Supralative that car always had full throw on the steering when I had it. It must be in your radio adjustment.

Hey Aaron,

Got a question for you...I've got the Jammin buggy, and love it! In fact, the only problem I've had with anything was the bottom shock mount popping off at the RC Pro Series at Hemet, and you and your dad hooked me up to save the day! (Thanks again!)

Anyway, my question is in regards to the decals...(I know..That's weak, but hey..) They seem to shrivel up if you get anything on them (IE cleaing stuff, fuel, etc)...And, the bigger problem is, I can't seem to find any! OFNA's site doesn't have them, Jammin's site doesn't show them...I've e-mail both Ofna and Jammin, nothing... The only way I've found them was in RTR bodies...

I've just painted a body that I'd like to sticker up, but all I have are the stickers from my Mayhem, and I don't want to put those on! (Although, it would confuse people..."Man, look at that Mayhem go!")

Any suggestions on where to get some, or should I just go through some place like MaxSpeed to have something made up?

Thanks!

I know Jammin' makes sticker sheets..you might want to check with Nitrohouse to see if they have them. Adam gets his stickers through Skipgear and they seem to hold up much better when splashed with fuel..I just put new stickers on every couple races haha.

Thank goodness we got that one taken care of...haha.

Get the aftermarket Jammin' brakes. They're awesome...more manageable, easier to set up, good stuff.

Mike - Have you had that problem since? Glad to know we were able to help.

Your handle is losimike and you drive a Jammin' car? Awesome...thanks for supporting my sponsors...let me know if I can help you again :-)

Our team manager posted this on another bulletin board..here's some good info!

------------------------------------------------

Some OFFICIAL news about the Jammin stuff -

The official release date for the CRT will be Sept. 21 (limited
Quantity)

The RTR version will follow in about 4-6 weeks.

There will be a new version of the X1-CR buggy (not named yet)
available near Christmas. It will include some new parts such as; Big
bore shocks, new thicker shock towers, captured hinge pins, fiber
brake disks, & Lunsford Titanium turnbuckles.

The big bore shocks as shown on the http://www.ofna.com/teamjammin/
site are the new shocks that will come on the X1-CRT and the new
version of the X1-CR Buggy. The part # for the shocks are the same for
both the CR & CRT. The shock kits will include different parts to
adapt to either CR or CRT. The shock kits will not include springs.
They will be sold seperate and do not yet have a part # (next week).
These same shocks will also fit the current X1-CR buggy. They are a
very nice design.

The jamminproducts.com website should be updated with all this news
and pictures next week.

Has the quad craddock brakes but I will be going dual brake soon, along with 5mm shock towers, threaded hinge pins, and some time and patience on set up. Buggy has been nose diving alot right now.
Comes with carbon fiber top plate, servo plate, and I upgraded to the 1pc motor mount.
Practice body for now getting a custom one painted soon!!!
